  Liars! First, we were told there would be no credit pull (we were comparrison shopping)then, when called out on it, we were told it would be a soft pull..that was also a lie! We monitor our credit reports like a hawk and it was definitely a hard pull!! Spoke to manager and his only solution was for us to dispute it and that he would provide better training for his employees.

  Usually about a 5 to 10 minute wait. Great service. I bought a used Verizon phone and they programmed a new SIM Card in minutes. First class service!
